...or is Sony dropping the ball on their recent catalogue Blu Ray releases (The Thirteenth Floor, The One, etc...) with crappy pictures and such?

i've just given up on "sony logic" because I don't think they have much. Like today, I just picked up Davinci Code BD in part because of the movie cash for Angels & Demons, but sony doesn't put in a movie ticket like everyone else they have E Movie Cash. WHAT THE #*&! is E Movie Cash? Now I have to go on through BD Live and redeem my code like I opened a winning bottle of soda or something!

And I love Sony. I have two Sony HD TV's, a PS3 and a bunch of of other stuff, but they don't make it easy. They never have and I don't think they ever will.

How would one get their ticket? Do you print it from your PS3?? Can you go online through a regular computer?

Do people who do not have internet access get screwed because they can't use BD Live to get their coup??

If Sony handles E-Movie Cash the same way other studios do, you can go on-line with your computer to the Web site, punch in the code you're given, and print up your ticket.

I'm guessing what John said is correct. When they had E-Movie Cash last year for both Hancock and Quantum of Solace, it was something you did on your computer. You could conceivably do it from the PS3, too, since the ticket should be e-mailed to you...at which point you can print it off from the computer.

That makes sense...I remember the Fast and Furious Trilogy had a code where you can print it off online. That was fine. I just thought, after reading the OP's comments, that we had to use the BD Live function. That is still fine, however, I had no way of printing anything out from the PS3 without moving a whole bunch of stuff!

Thanks!

I don't recall ever using any of those tickets from a DVD or blu-ray...
