Couple extra curse words (even dubbed in which is just stupid), some different takes/angles. There really is not much of a noticeable difference between the two.

The unrated version added tons of swears and a few fake looking blood scenes. You could tell the blood was added by cheap CGI. Also, the chat between Bruce and Justin Long at the car about whether he (Justin) would continue on with Bruce or stay back was changed. The PG-13 version was better unless you just cannot go without hearing the full Yippee Ki-Yay Mutha F.....
