Although we haven't yet prepared a News release here on DVDTOWN, also The Clone Wars Season 2 will be released on DVD, Sept 15. So, maybe the BD edition of Season 1 will be around this date.

Joe,
I'm not understanding. Season 2 hasn't even been on tv yet. This release is in reference to the Star Wars: The Clone Wars that started in theaters and then become a weekly show on Cartoon Network. Season 2 is supposed to start on tv sometime in the fall.

I've enjoyed the few episodes that I have seen a lot! The series is actually very entertaining and enjoyable, will definitely think about it for a good price.

Apparently, what I'm referring to is Season 1, Vol 2 (coming Sept 15). Sorry for the mixup.

IF it's the WHOLE season I'll buy it for sure. From what I have been reading the show gets better and better as the season progresses which is good news.

Hopefully it comes out soon because I have been looking forward to watching this on bluray.

Falcon, it gets a lot better as the season goes on!! Of course there are a few times you watch one and say, "Man they could have done X on that episode" but even still those shows are good. The Bluray I linked to is the WHOLE season 1 of the series. I personally think it will be released close to the time that Season 2 comes to TV. It's really worth watching...great series!

BTW Revenge of the Sith was on Spike yesterday. I wish they would show it in HD instead of some brutal quality 4:3 version.

I agree, the show got waaay better towards the middle. Is it time to bring Boba in? Hmm, me thinks so! Or hows about bringing Darth Maul back as a fallen Sith lord. They did this in the comics with great results.

..anybody else got any cool ideas dealing with this time period?
