What a letdown.
And the CGI blue people look too...well computer generated. Not convincing at all.

While a blue person always will look cartoonish at first glance the more I see it the more I'm sure. This WILL kick ass.

I watched again this morning and it is so much more when you get used to the look of the blue people.
Plus, it is Cameron. It's not some fancy young smart director that suddenly got a lot of money to make a good looking action movie with no story.
It is the man behind, T1, T2, Abyss, Aliens and Titanic. None of these are bad movies and all looked spectacular when they were released.
Lastly, the guys behind the effects are the guys behind Lord of the Rings and King Kong.
Well, at least for me that count for something!
