DVD Deals

I don't know if any of you are interested, but, yesterday I was window shopping at Circuit City, and happened past their "under $10" rack. They had quite a few I thought were woth the $10. One in particular I was SOOO tempted to pick up (but didn't) was "Glory" (standard edition). It had both wide & full screen versions of the film, but I'm bound and determined to get the 2 disc "Special Edition". They also had Bloodsport, On Any Given Sunday, Crouching Tiger Hidden Dragon, Blackhawk Down, and MANY others for $9.99!


Sometimes it really sucks being a 'starving student'. ARGH!! :@

There are a lot of these kinda "summer blow-out" deals at media stores. Sometimes you can run into good movies, like "Kundun" or "Amistad" or something like that, but most of the time it's full of bad television show specials.

are these Normal Studio DVD Productions or disc remakes of the malls? Meaning no features, a single soundtrack and only english subtitles? Similar to the dvd's that some magazines offer each month.
