"I don't drop character until I done the DVD commentary."
I chuckled at this line in the film, but when I played the flick back with the commentary, he literally does NOT break character until the scene where he does in the film. Utterly hilarious commentary tracks and probably one of the most entertaining I've ever listened to. What's even wilder is that when Downey's character in the film switches, so does he - back to his Australian accent. The only point in the commentary you actually hear his real voice is after the camera leaves his character at the Awards show.
