Veronica Mars (Series, The) (DVD)

The reason for lack of extras is a hurried production. They had to decide whether to get the set out in time for the second season with no extras or wait. I guess you know which they chose.

Also, there is a commentary for the pilot episode on the creator's website, slaverats.com. I guess you can play the episode on low volume and listen to this to get the commentary feel.

I read the hurried production bit as well but it seems with the run around to DVD these days that some material would be preped at least.

I am in love with this show. The best since Buffy!
