Wow! It's obvious that James Plath didn't toy with special features much, if at all--he must have just read the back of the box. If he had played the special features, he would have noticed the expansive 2 1/2 hour documentary that's on the disc, accounting for the BD50 disc. So lazy.
Now I wonder if James played the disc at all???

Skyliss,
I plead guilty to forgetfulness, not laziness. I post 20ᆲ reviews per month, and sometimes it's easy to forget to mention something about a movie or, in this case, bonus features. I've still got my notes, and will add to the review when I find a free moment.
Thanks for the reminder. Be careful of assuming the worst, though. We reviewers at DVD Town are committed to honestly watching and reporting on all releases for our readers. If there's a mistake or an error of omission, it's almost always the result of an oversight . . . and not because any of us is "lazy."

James,
That's fine. I'll omit 'lazy' and replace with 'rushed', but honestly, my faith and trust in the validity of the reviews on this site is now at risk. I'm an avid Blu-ray, HD-DVD and DVD fan and I look to sites like this for in-depth and accurate reviews so I know where to spend my hard earned cash, particularly with high-def upgrades.
This was a really big error, particularly since the doc was on the two-disc set and someone looking to upgrade might have been looking for it to be on the Blu-Ray disc. It was not listed on the box either.
Besides, I had to protest the 7/10 rating for extras. That isn't a fair assessment. If only all flicks could have such expansive documentaries and supplements. I'd give it at least an 8/10.
I just had to add my two cents.

Skyliss,
I did think about giving an 8 for the extras, but while the disc was packed with bonus features, I felt that most of them individually rated a 7/10, some less, which averaged into a 7. The raw footage on the big documentary was great, for example, but there were a lot of talking-heads moments that dragged on.
If your faith and trust in my reviews has been shaken by a single bonus-feature omission, it kind of makes the 30+ hours per week and all the thought I put into my reviews "at risk." I get paid the same to write these things as you pay to access them. I do it for the same reason as others on this site: love of movies, and dedication to getting it right. We're always thinking of our readers, but none of us is perfect. If you think reviewers at other sites are, then you're free to go someplace else. If you were curious whether something was on the Blu-ray, all you had to do was ask, not go off on the attack, and I would have said, "WHOOPS, yes, of course, and I meant to include that in my review," and added it. That's partly why the comments function is here. We do our best, always, but this feature enables readers to help us when we miss that occasional one.
