Speaking of Iranian cinema, have you all seen Children of Heaven (directed by Majid Majidi)? It's the only Iranian movie I've seen in full and I loved it.

Yes, it might be a bit of a tough sell to get kids to watch a subtitled film, but I think any younger viewer (and older ones too) would enjoy Children of Heaven.
