Disney is getting CHEAP again! Where are the trailers and TV spots? They may not be able to dig up orginal trailers but I'd settle for the 80's theatrical trailers and TV spots. They seem to always underestimate what older audiences would like to see included on the DVD special editions.

Well, actually, it came out on DVD quite a while ago. I already reviewed its first incarnation on disc, but Disney has a way of rebuilding interest in a product by taking it off the market for a time and then reintroducing it in a different, often improved package.

The good thing is the picture will be anamorphic I would say NIX pan and scan versions of this film but we have to make ignorant consumers have butchered copies of films...good side is I hope they compare the versions although I have read Disney originally did some version where the pan/scan images weren't far from the scope version... I would say some process like Super 35 James Cameron used to be fond of using. We'll see... but if anyone watches the examples of Sleeping Beauty than maybe they get a clue you can see more in WS. I just wish we could get more adult oriented extras instead of kid fluff thjat even from what I hear the younger kids hate. Such as on Cinderella 2 disc set featuring a Pajama Jam or something like that very LAME.
