My copy does list Dolby TrueHD on the artwork.

Yes, the Dolby TrueHD logo shows up at the very bottom of the back cover, but above that where DreamWorks lists the disc's contents, next to "1080p HIGH DEFINITION," my copy says "ENGLISH 5.1 DOLBY DIGITAL."
