Great. I'm going to pick this up on a blind buy soon. Very glad Criterion got around to releasing it. They need to get on thier grind and release some of Bunuel's mexican/spanish films. So far there are only three avalible on R2, with subititles. Viridiana is also avalible, but without subittles. Good to see this getting a good review though.

The number one Bunuel I'm waiting for is "Exterminating Angel" but I think that one remains in some kind of limbo right now. It does seem DVD producers have been somewhat slow in getting around to Bunuel's work - maybe it's because he filmed in so many different locations for so many different companies that the rights are particularly difficult to negotiate.
