Pulp Fiction [Special Edition, Buena Vista]

I just have a question that maybe someone can answer. Everything that I have seen on the internet and tv says that the Collectors Edition came out on August 20. When i went to purchase it i was told that it was being released on September 3. Maybe its because I live in canada and the release dates are different but i just want to know why it isnt released yet?

One of the most brilliant and original movies in rescent history. I simply love how Tarantino takes everyday dialog and makes it seem so funny.

My FAVORITE Movie

This film is obviously too big for one reviewer to handle. It almost overwhelms the dvd itself, if it weren't for the Tarantino interview with Charlie Rose and Michael Moore. I find myself watching that more often than I do the movie. Unlike Orson Welles, Tarantino didn't get destroyed making his Citizen Kane. He got a few boos at the Cannes Festival, but cool-looking middle finger to the woman sitting on the top row. Ha ha ha. Tough love. :@ (Better content than Jackie Brown, but not better packaging.)

how come there is no audio commentary? I think the LD had one... kinda disapointing, oh, and was the case always glossy cardboard made to look like leather? I thought I remebered seeing some that weren't, and were actually leather, or pleather, but I guess that is a bit too fantastical. Great movie, great features, except they talk more about why it's so great (which it is, no doubt) but only a few features actually talk about making the film, small quibbles though, love these discs!
