Star Trek: The Original Series: The Complete 1st Season [Remastered - DVD Combo]

I just want to thank you for the great review! I have read several reviews but your review is the first that breaks down the special features for each disc on the HD side as well as the DVD one. Other reviewers mention the special features but are vague about what features are on each disc in this awesome set.

My only minor quible is how the Starfleet Acess is turned on. I'm used to using the alpha or is it beta button to engage U Control on my other HD DVD's.

I'm up to disc 5, renting them from Netflix till the price comes down. Suprisingly there's only a wait period for the first disc, the rest are all available to be rented now. This is in the Phoenix market.

I do agree... it does feel a little different with the way Starfleet Access is 'engaged' (ha...), but the Universal remote I use is set up to actually make this a little easier. I was going to point out this difference in my review, but the various remotes really makes it more of a personal issue.
