After listing to the commentary did Bay say why they decided to give optimus lips/a mouth?
It was the most distracting thing in the movie for me. Why couldn't they have left the face plate? what was wrong with that?

Saw this once theatrically and again for the IMAX rerelease. I'll be buying the HD-DVD Tuesday. Definitely the front runner for the best special effects Academy Award IMO.

So when does the unrated, extended directors cut 4 disc set come out? You know it will happen. Its just a matter of time.

It is just so easy to think Damon and Affleck are in the same movie every time... they are as close as you can get to being Siamese twins!

I just have to throw my 2 cents in regarding Damon and Affleck. I agree that they used to be closely associated with one another, certainly due to the success of Good Will Hunting. However, it should be noted that Damon's career has skyrocketed, while Affleck's has spiraled downward. I don't think it's fair to lump the two of them together any longer. They haven't acted together in sometime and for Damon's sake, that's a good thing.
