Synopsis

Rick and David Nelson grew up before America's eyes in the 1950s hit television show The Adventures of Ozzie & Harriet. We saw them go from middle school to high school, from college and on to marriage and careers as lawyers, all under the watchful guidance of their co-starring real-life parents.

Over the course of the 14 seasons when the show aired, levelheaded Dave and "the irrepressible Ricky" were as familiar as the kids down the block. And as time went on, both boys grew into popular heartthrobs--with Ricky becoming a genuine teen idol and recording star.

The Adventures of Ozzie and Harriet ran for as many seasons as Bonanza was was just as iconic. Ricky Nelson began singing in the show's fifth season and continued on through the end of the series in 1966.
