Synopsis

While B.B. King has made many an appearance at Montreux, his 1993 performance is considered the best of the bunch. This live release captures the legendary bluesman and his deft backing band playing an incredible 16-song set, including "The Thrill is Gone," "Why I Sing the Blues," and "Let the Good Times Roll."

B.B. King has been one of the most frequent vistors to Montreux with nearly twenty appearances down the years. Always a vibrant and charismatic live performer, this 1993 concert will surely rank as one of his finest from any venue and captures B.B. King right at the top of his form with a superb backing band and a great set list. It all goes to show that B.B. King is still the "King Of The Blues".
