Synopsis

From the producers of “The Butterfly Effect” and “American Pie,” "Kyle XY" tells the story of a mysterious teenage boy found wandering alone in the woods. It’s obvious that Kyle isn’t like the other teens. When it’s discovered that he has no belly button, it’s apparent just how different Kyle might be. Kind-hearted social worker Nicole Trager (Marguerite MacIntyre) senses something special about Kyle and takes him home, much to the chagrin of her husband, teenage daughter and boisterous young
son. But settling in with the Tragers is no easy task. There is much Kyle does not know, yet he demonstrates amazing abilities that no one can explain leading to questions about his origin, identity and the mysterious figures lurking in his shadows.
