Denon has issued a firmware upgrade for their High-End Blu-ray players.

The DVD-3800BDCI and the DVD-2500BTCI.

Firmware Update - US Version Only
Factory Service only firmware update. Correction for smooth playback of Blu-ray titles at 1080p/24fps resolution and HDMI authentication are addressed. This should only be done if you are experiencing the problem. A service return authorization can be obtained by pasting the following link into your browser: http://65.196.57.15/webprdobj/P5691E.pgm. Serial numbers up to ~01500, last 5 digits.

Firmware Update - US Version Only
This update corrects for various audio and video issues that have been reported since the products inception. Complete details are in the instructions provided with the download. This update applies to serial numbers where the last five digits are 00000 ~ 01500 and will update the Version number to 1.018. Download size is approximately 22MB.
