And the PS3 doesn't come with any hi-def cables.. AMIRITE? I looked at even Walmart, the cables were $50 for a HDMI cable. Then get yourself just one PS3 game you're right back at over $500. Stupid.
$429+ (and up) for Blu-Ray vs. $199 (and down to $169 - Sears Black Friday Ad) for HD-DVD. Tough call! (sarcasm) At least with both deals you get 5-7 free movies.... I think.

If thats true about Sears, you can basically get that price now by their price match policy. Sears will match the Circuit City price and then give you another 10% off. If you open a Sears card, they will give you an additional 10% on top of the price match policy. But you have to charge it and then pay it off right after you buy it.

I'm pretty sure you still get the 5 free HD DVD movies with that. I have yet to see the offer change because of price. The offer is based on certain frames, if you buy the HD DVD players within a set time period you're getting the free movies, this is not something that is set by the store. It's an administrative thing on Toshibas side.

Yep, the Sears ad is from 5am-Noon on Black Friday. So it's a quick sale, but totally legit!

Wow that is a great deal on the A3. But who wants to fight the maniacs, when you can get a great deal on the A2 now. I got mine for 197.99, and still got 7 movies also. I will be thinking of all of you while I sleep in Friday morning.

@InvisibleBiker: Yeah, I sorta agree. It's an insane deal, but I have a player already so I probably won't be out trying to score one. I didn't get the free 5 dvds with mine though, so it's worth it just for that almost!
