Universal Home Video will release "In Bruges" staring Colin Farrell, Brendan Gleeson, and Ralph Fiennes on DVD this June 24th.

Extras will include: "Deleted Scenes," "Extended Scenes," a "Gag Reel," and 4 featurettes.

Synopsis:
Bruges, the most well-preserved medieval city in the whole of Belgium, is a welcoming destination for travellers from all over the world. But for hit men Ray and Ken, it could be their final destination; a difficult job has resulted in the pair being ordered right before Christmas by their London boss Harry to go and cool their heels in the storybook Flemish city for a couple of weeks. Very much out of place amidst the gothic architecture, canals, and cobbled streets, the two hit men fill their days living the lives of tourists. Ray, still haunted by the bloodshed in London, hates the place, while Ken, even as he keeps a fatherly eye on Ray's often profanely funny exploits, finds his mind and soul being expanded by the beauty and serenity of the city. But the longer they stay waiting for Harry's call, the more surreal their experience becomes, as they find themselves in weird encounters with locals, tourists, violent medieval art, a dwarf American actor shooting a European art film, Dutch prostitutes, and a potential romance for Ray in the form of Chloë, who may have some dark secrets of her own. And when the call from Harry does finally come, Ken and Ray's vacation becomes a life-and-death struggle of darkly comic proportions and surprisingly emotional consequences.

I tried to find this movie playing anywhere near me but to no avail. I really thought Atlanta or Birmingham would have it but no!! So I am very excited to know that soon we will get to view this movie. From the previous parts of it look really funny. But I will miss the fact that I didnt get to see this movie in larger than life form......

I saw an advanced screening of In Bruges about a month ago, and I liked it a lot. It's a dark comedy of sorts, and Colin Farrell is hilarious in it. I don't think it was meant to be a comedy per se, but the audience that night was cracking up nonetheless. I'd definitely recommend it. Brendan Gleeson and Ralph Fiennes were also phenomenal as always.

I really hope this will be amongst Universal's initial Blu-ray releases.

Atlanta didn't have one to my knowledge. Did it blend the action well with the comedy?

Honestly, it's not an action film. It does have some thrilling moments in it, but I would never call this an action film. For the most part it's fairly slow paced and is dialog driven.

I actually just saw this the other day, in Vermont of all places, while I was visiting a friend.

I liked it, however, I'm not sure of I loved it yet. It's definitely worth watching.
