Pioneer will bring out a new Elite Blu-ray player that will defy belief when it comes to weight and size.
The Elite BDP-09FD Blu-ray disc player will, of course, be profile 2.0, with 4GB worth of storage. But that is just the beginning. With eight independent D/A converters for each 7.1 channel and two HDMI outputs with 16-bit color, it should be a HIFI enthusiast's dream.
Oh, the weight you ask? 45 - 50 lbs.
