Sony issues a new firmware upgrade to the Playstation 3 making it the third Blu-ray player to support profile 1.1.
Profile 1.1 allows for true picture-in-picture playback.
One of the first releases to take full advantage of this will be "Sunshine" released next month.

Nice. Now let's get Batman Begins on Blu!!! Never really cared for PIP. Probably still won't when I get Sunshine on BD.
