On July 1, 20th Century Fox will release "Point Break: Pure Adrenaline Edition" starring Keanu Reeves and Patrick Swayze on Blu-ray.
Deleted scenes, Trailers and featurettes are included as extras.

View profile »However, the film's script (by James Cameron) at times is quite unbelievable, hyped-up acting, and ultimately a disappointment, including a lame 'Thelma and Louise'-like ending (a death into the 'surf' waters). But, since it's been a long-time since I've seen the film, I'll definitely enjoy a Blu-ray rental when released.
The director, Kathryn Bigelow, faired MUCH better with her next major Hollywood production four years later - STRANGE DAYS, and I would definitely consider buying this film over Point Break, if released. Also loved the soundtrack in SDays too.
