On August 5, Paramount will release the remastered edition of "Star Trek: The Original Series: Season Two" on DVD. Details on the special features haven't been announced at this time.

Synopsis:
"Space...The Final Frontier. These are the voyages of the Starship, Enterprise. Its 5-year mission: to explore strange new worlds, to seek out new life and new civilizations, to boldly go where no man has gone before!" The series is set in the 23rd century where Earth has survived World War III then moved on to explore the stars.
