20th Century Fox Home Entertainment will release M. Night Shyamalan's "The Happening" on DVD & Blu-ray this October 7th. The film stars Mark Wahlberg, Zooey Deschanel, and John Leguizamo.

Extras will include: "Deleted Scenes with Introduction by M. Night Shyamalan," a "The Hard Cut" featurette, a "I Hear You Whispering" featurette, "The Happening - Visions Of The Happening: A Making Of," "A Day For Night" featurette, an "Elements Of A Scene" featurette, a "Gag Reel," and "Trailers."

The Blu-ray edition will all of the above as well as: a "Digital Copy" of the film, "Train Shooting" featurette, and a "DBOX" feature - D-BOX Motion Code™ system creates real-life motion in your seat that´s perfectly synced to the action you see on screen. You feel like you´re actually inside the movie or game, like you´re living the action. There´s nothing else like it. Absolutely nothing.

Synopsis:
