XBOX 360 launches new HD DVD promotion on their XBOX.com Web site.

They have dedicated a new page to promote the format with trailers and new offers.

Right now you can get "300" on HD DVD/DVD Combo for free when you buy your XBOX 360 console from Walmart. Add a $179 HD DVD drive with King Kong on HD DVD and a remote in the box and mail-in for 5 free discs and you get 7 free movies with your new purchase.

Nice! i only got the 6 free HD-DVD's, but well worth it. i think they might just keep giving away these hot deals

How long did it take to get your HD-DVD's back? I just got mine a couple of weeks ago and was wondering about that.

Funny you mention that, i have yet to receive my free HD-DVD's in the mail, both my brother and i purchased the HD-DVD add-on for the xbox 360 the day the price went down to $179 and we are both waiting for our movies!

Great... Bought my add-on when it was $200 and all I got was King Kong and a remote. Then the price drop and additional movies. Do I ever feel screwed...

yes, microsoft makes its own vaseline. they go to bill gates's lakeside house, bottle up the gravel on the shore, and charge you $50 per bottle. (Y)
