Now, I hated the chef character in the first one, as he was slower than molasses on a cold day and didn't strike any fearful or humorous chords whatsoever. He still doesn't in this one, either, but the slowness is excusable now that he's a zombie--so it isn't so bad. I also liked how his unique cook-themed killing methods had some imagination to them even though they were a little corny.

It's worth noting that Phil Hall (who plays Professor Shipwreck in "Bikini Bloodbath Carwash") actually won the Best Supporting Actor Award at the New York B-movie Awards for his role. It's always quite the accomplishment for a movie and its stars to get recognition like this, although personally I would have given it to Bruce Seymour--who had me in stitches as Community College Commander.

Speaking of which, although there is plenty of airhead humor and dirty jokes that will appeal to many, the parts that really made me laugh hard were parodies that will likely go over most viewer's heads. Luckily for me, I grew up watching "G.I. Joe" cartoons and "Revenge of the Nerds" is one of my favorite movies, so I was able to relate with humor. If you're not a male in your late 20s or early 30s, though, the film just won't pack the same punch. Even so, when looking at the bigger picture, it's a pretty decent result for something that was produced on a measly $12,000 budget.

Video:
"Bikini Bloodbath Carwash" can be viewed in standard full-screen 1.33:1 aspect ratio or in anamorphic widescreen 1.78:1 aspect ratio. The picture is still pretty raw (filmed with the Canon H1), but at least this time the lens was smudge free.

Audio:
The sound for the film utilizes a sole track in Dolby Digital Stereo. The dialogue is once again tinny and muffled in most of the scenes. I guess what little money the filmmakers had was spent elsewhere.

Extras:
The main bonus feature is a section called "Behind-the-Scenes" containing four short segments for Planet Access blogs hosted by Kathryn Robinson: "Meet & Greet Chef Death" (6:18), "On Location with the Directors" (5:14), "The Girls of Bikini Bloodbath Carwash" (4:32) and "The Guys of Bikini Bloodbath Carwash" (7:04).

Next, there is a "Blooper Reel" (7:14) revealing just how much fun everyone involved had during the making of the film, followed by a classy "Photo Gallery" (2:49) and Trailer."

The Final Cut:
Now that I've analyzed the first two "Bloodbath" films, I think I need a card for my wallet as DVDTOWN's official Bikini Inspector. While the first was flat and anorexic, "Bikini Bloodbath Carwash" is a bit more toned with a few nice curves. It still won't win or even qualify for any beauty contests, but now the potential is there to show the right person a good time.
