Fallacy – Benson and Stabler attempt to prove a rape victim killed her assailant in self-defense.

Futility – Fred Savage guest-stars as a man accused of raping several neighborhood women then deftly defends himself in court against ADA Cabot.

Grief – Benson and Stabler must deal with the investigation of the rape and murder of a cocktail waitress and her aggrieved father who vows revenge.

Perfect – After finding the body of a teenage runaway, Stabler and Benson uncover other missing children and a doctor attempting to clone babies.

Soulless – When a rape victim is abducted out of the hospital by her assailant, the detectives are lead to a group of wealthy and irresponsible socialites.

VIDEO:
The video is presented in fullscreen. The show wouldn´t be broadcast in widescreen until the following season. The transfer is clean and the colors come off bright and strong. It doesn´t look as good as other shows like "Heroes" or "Lost", but it´s still high quality.

AUDIO:
The audio is presented in Dolby Digital 2.0 stereo. The show is dialogue dependent and you can understand every word. Overall, the sound is good, but not something that will give your system a workout.

FILM VALUE:
It´s easy to see why "Law & Order" is one of the most successful and critically acclaimed franchises on television. The episodes are well-written, but never so complex that the viewers are lost amidst multiple plot twists. The show is easy to follow and viewers can jump right in at any point without missing a beat. "SVU" has a great cast of characters each wonderfully played by their respective actors. The crimes depicted on "SVU" are a bit more grisly than the other "Law & Order" shows, but there´s nothing too gruesome never shown.
